Parametric trigonometric generativ equations

Say that five times in a row :P. It really seems way more complicated than it actually is, so for the fun of it, I tried a couple of things.

Then Prof. Ido added vertices. I copied the text of the script and played a little with it. By changing the value of step I got different results.

I still need to practice more this vertices thing. But this was a small example to how to create 3d figures.
